Car Camping Spaces Diagram

How many vehicles can I park in our campsite?

1 vehicle per campsite is allowed

Can I drive in and out of the campgrounds?

Once you are parked in a camping spot, you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of your neighbors.

If you know you need to drive out of the campgrounds, we recommend you purchase a weekend parking pass and park your car across the street in festival parking. Please do NOT have your vehicle enter the campgrounds as it will not be able to leave and come back during the duration of the festival, no exceptions.

What are the sizes for the RV spots and does "RV" include travel trailers?

RV camping spaces measure 20’ x 50’. All camping gear must stay within this footprint and is not allowed to extend into the fire lanes. Travel trailers being towed by a vehicle are allowed, RV's towing a trailer or separate vehicle are not.

Will there be a separate entry line for RV's

There will be a separate search lane for RV's, but not a separate entrance. You must wait in line with everyone else until reaching the campground entrance.

Is this an all ages event?

Yes

I'm flying in, my luggage is obviosuly not see-through, can I bring my normal suitcase into the festival?

Into the campgrounds, yes. In the music festival, no. All bags will be searched when you enter the campgrounds but obviously they won't be see-through. To get in to the music festival part of the event you will need a clear tote bag or a simple fanny pack (ala NFL rules)

Can I bring food, beverages and a cooler to the campgrounds?

Feel free to bring your own food, beverages and a cooler to your campsite. No glass is allowed whatsoever.

Do I have to sleep in a tent?

No. But you are required to sleep within your designated campsite for safety purposes.

How are the camping spaces assigned?

Camping spaces are on a first come basis and the spots closest to the festival entrance will fill up first. You can not save a space next to you for friends coming later. If you want to camp together you have to arrive together. There is a waiting lot just inside the search lanes where you can wait for your friends so you can be placed together.

Will I be able to purchase toiletries, food, beverages and supplies at the campgrounds?

Yes, Trapper Trickles General Store will be fully stocked for all of your camping needs at a fair price.

What are the hours for showers and where will they be located?

Showers will be located in the campgrounds and will be open daily from 8am until Dusk - Showers will cost $10

How can I ensure that I get a camping space next to my friends?

There are no saving spots in the campgrounds. If you would like to camp next to your friends, you must all arrive at the toll booth search lanes together. Once through the search there will be a temporary waiting area where you can wait for your friends to pass through the lanes, and then proceed together to the camp spaces.

Will there be a general store?

Yes, Trapper Trickles General Store

Will there be water stations in the campgrounds?

Yes, we encourage you to bring a reusable container. Stay hydrated!

Will there be food and beverages vendors in the campgrounds?

You betcha!

 Can I bring a bicycle?

Sorry, no bicycles are allowed at this event

Are campfires, tiki torches, grilling, etc. allowed?

Due to the number of camping units, people and safety issues, no open flames are allowed in any of the campgrounds. That includes campfires, tiki torches, etc.; nothing with an open flame. Grilling on an above ground charcoal or gas grill is OK.

Are generators allowed in the campgrounds?

You betcha!

Do you need a car to camp?

No. If you are arriving without a car, your camping group will still receive a full campsite and have extra space for where the car would usually be.

I don't have a car, can my uber/taxi take me to my campsite?

It can take you to the camping gates, but not up to your camp site. While you do not need a car to camp, you will still have to go through the camp security check like everyone else entering the campgrounds in their vehicles. Your Uber/taxi may drop you off at the gate where you will be subject to a security check and then carry your equipment to your campsite. A small wagon is recommended for making traveling to your camping spot easier. You only need one camping pass per group if you are arriving in an Uber/Taxi, and will be given the same 10x35 plot as people camping with a vehicle.

I still have more questions, who can I ask?

Please email camping@countryjamcampout.com if you still have more questions
